Brockville, Ont., police arrest 17-year-old after finding 3 people dead in a home

police force in Brockville, Ont., said a 17-year-old is in custody for trey counts of first-degree off after finding trinity people deadened in a home Thursday.
In a Facebook post, police said they were called to a residence on Cartier Court at around 11:30 a.m., where they found the three victims.
Afterwards, police said they received information that led them to an address on the city's outskirts. There they found the youth and took them into custody.
Police said the accused and the victims are known to one another and that it was not a random incident.
"This investigation is sensitive and complex. We recognize the profound impact this incident has on the families, loved ones, and the community," police said in the post.
The teen is also in custody for assaulting a police officer.
The accused will appear for a bail hearing Friday. Police said the youth will not be named as their identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
