Binaifer also sent her a legal notice, demanding that she resume shooting or compensate them for the losses incurred due to her exit. She also approached the Cine and TV Artistes Association (CINTAA), and filed a complaint against Shilpa. The actor then decided to take legal action, filing a complaint against Binaifer on March 29.
