Larin had just come on as a substitute for Tani Oluwaseyi. He received a pass in the box and swivelled beautifully before hitting a strike that deflected off a Bosnian defender and went into the net.

The first men's World Cup game in Canada ends in a draw and Les Rouges get their first ever point in a World Cup tournament.

Canada also becomes the first World Cup host to draw its opening match since South Africa in 2010.
