Speaking to reporters after his meeting with Modi, Trump described the Indian prime minister as "one of the toughest" negotiators and said discussions had been underway for some time."We had, in particular, some very good conversations with Prime Minister Modi, India. The agreement is expected to enhance market access, increase bilateral trade, and encourage greater investment flows between the two countries.
