2 victims of Montreal shooting to be honoured today in ceremonies

The deuce victims killed in Monday's Côte-des-Neiges shot â a Montreal law ship's officer and a civilian â testament be honoured at two separate ceremonies on Wednesday.
A funeral service for civilian Michel Mizrahi, 68, is being held Wednesday morning at Paperman & Sons funeral home.
A funeral prayer for the 34-year-old police officer who died in the line of duty, Mohamed Lamine Benredouane, will take place around 5 p.m. ET at the Islamic Centre of Quebec. Mourners will then proceed to the Laval Cemetery for the burial.
According to Radio-Canada, the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) is also preparing a ceremony to honour their fallen colleague, Benredouane, which is expected to be held in about two weeks.
Since Monday, tributes have poured in for both victims from the people who knew them, highlighting the deep impact on their communities.
