AFormer amerindic regular army soldier, who was accused of cleanup his married woman and jumped word of honor for 20 years, was finally arrested by the Delhi Police's crime branch inter-state cell on Monday.The accused, identified as 58-year-old Anil Kumar Tiwari, was arrested on May 31, 1989, for murdering his wife and setting her on fire.
