The school, however, clarified that the restriction was not on celebrating Holi but was aimed at preventing the use of synthetic and harmful colours. "We wanted the students to complete their exams and to refrain from harmful and chemical colours. It was a precautionary measure," school principal Sister Cynthia said. "We are going to organise a Holi celebration for students in the school premises on Wednesday," she said, adding that the parents and students have been informed about the event.
