Wind speed might pick up from Monday again, bringing some respite.”The Delhi High Court ruled that the implementation of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) to control pollution does not obligate the Centre to allow its employees to work from home, noting that the guidelines only grant the government discretionary authority to permit such arrangements.
