The award for best performance by a female actor in a motion picture (drama) goes to Jessie Buckley for Hamnet.

Other nominees were:

The award for best television series (musical or comedy) goes to The Studio.

After sweeping the Emmys with 13 awards late last year, Seth Rogen’s The Studio continues its strong performance at awards shows.

Rogen already picked up an acting award earlier tonight, but now his series has beat out strong contenders in The Bear, Hacks and Only Murders in The Building — all of which have won the category before.

For fans of the show, Rogen had comforting news in his acceptance speech. Apparently, they will begin filming the next season one week from today.

Other nominees were:

The award for best television limited series, anthology series or motion picture made for television goes to Adolescence.

"This is extraordinary," said the show's co-creator Jack Thorne, while holding his Golden Globe.

He expressed his admiration for the show's star and co-creator, Stephen Graham.

"Stephen, you are the Larry to my Berry, you fill a hole in my soul and I love you," said Thorne.

"Some think our show is about how we should be frightened of young people," he said, explaining instead that it’s "about the filth and debris we've laid in their path."

Speaking to the show's young stars, he said, "You are proof the world can be better."

Even though the show was a limited series, in the media room backstage, Stephen Graham shared that the story may not be over.

Other nominees were:

The award for best television series (drama) goes to The Pitt.

No matter who won this award, it would have been an upset. The Pitt — a show about health-care workers struggling to keep a Pittsburgh hospital afloat — already snagged five Emmy awards for its first season. But its competitors for this category were no slouches either.

The White Lotus, The Diplomat, Severance and Slow Horses have all earned multiple Golden Globe nominations through the years. Though other than Pluribus’s acting win immediately before this category, only The White Lotus has actually been awarded at the Globes before.

"I'm sure you made a mistake, but we're not giving this back," said show creator R. Scott Gemmill, while accepting the trophy.

Other nominees were:

The award for best performance by a female actor in a television series (drama) goes to Rhea Seehorn for Pluribus.

Other nominees were:

"Table one!" Seehorn cheered as she took the stage to accept the award. "Oh my gosh, Queen Latifiah, I met you 20 years ago … and you were so nice, so thanks," she joked.

She thanked her family, sons, partner and show creator Vince Gilligan for writing her "the role of a lifetime."

Speaking on the show's success, she finished by saying, "This is incredible icing on that cake."

The award for best performance in stand-up comedy on television goes to Ricky Gervais for his special Ricky Gervais: Mortality.

Gervais was not at the ceremony, so his trophy was accepted by presenter Wanda Sykes. In a pointed reference to his jokes about transgender people and his being an atheist, Sykes said on his behalf that Gervais would "like to thank God and the trans community."

Other nominees were:

That last award was presented by Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams, the breakout stars of Heated Rivalry, who hit the Golden Globes stage to the sounds of Chappell Roan's Pink Pony Club.

Storrie began their bit by joking he was nervous.

"Just take a deep breath and picture everyone in the audience… you know," said Williams

"I don't really know if that works considering everyone in the audience has seen us… you know," Storrie replied, alluding to the show's steamy sex scenes.

The two have shared a breakout year, after their Canadian Crave hit became the most-watched Crave original debut ever.

The award for best performance by a female actor in a supporting role on television goes to Erin Doherty for Adolescence.

Other nominees were:

The Golden Globe for best motion picture – non-English language has been awarded to Brazil’s The Secret Agent, directed by Kleber Mendonça Filho.

As Mendonça Filho was accepting the award, he was played off by music, the first nudge to finish up of the night.

Other nominees included:

Accepting the award for best director, Paul Thomas Anderson took time to thank the people who helped him make One Battle After Another.

First, Anderson thanked Michael De Luca, the chairperson of Warner Bros. Entertainment

"About 25 or 30 years ago, he came into my life, and he wanted to be my champion and he single-handedly supported me and the movies I wanted to make," Anderson said.

"He said he had a dream of running a studio one day, and … let directors do whatever they wanted. So that's how you get a Sinners, that's how you get a Weapons … a One Battle After Another."

Anderson also thanked his assistant director, Adam Somner, who died in 2024, saying the title undersells what Somner did for the film.

"He's why I'm standing here. He’s what made making this so much fun," he said.
