Schools delayed opening as parts of Newfoundland dig out from storm

All courts in St. John's are on a delayed opening, scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m.
Memorial University has delayed opening its metro campuses to allow for snow clearing, with a further update at 10 a.m.
