Connor Zilisch injury: What happened to NASCAR star? Bizarre fall after Xfinity win sparks concern

Racecar device driver Connor Zilisch strike down bizarrely and injured himself piece celebrating his win in foreign mission 200 of the NASCAR Xfinity serial publication at The Glen at Watkins Glen Internation in New York on Saturday. Zilisch fell on his neck as he tried to get out of his car through the window and stand on the roof.
He fell with his head down and seemed to seriously injure himself as he did not immediately move after the fall. He was loaded onto an ambulance and taken to the infield care unit for further treatment. A neckband was put on him, suggesting that he seriously injured his neck.

The CW Sports, the broadcaster of NASCAR, provided an update on the 19-year-old JR Motorsports driver. They said that he is awake and spoke to medical personnel as he was being taken to the infield care unit.
