Abhishek Banerjee will also be back in the role of Compounder in the film, with Shweta Tripathi returning as Golu.Being created by Puneet Krishna and directed by Gurmmeet Singh, the Mirzapur film is scheduled for release in 2026. It is believed that Ravi Kishan has joined the cast of the film. After its release on the big screen, the film will be available for streaming on Prime Video. The first season of Mirzapur, one of the most popular and watched web shows in India, was released in November 2018, followed by season 2 in October 2020, and season 3 in July 2024.
