Over the weekend, grand marshal Rev. Rodney Clark led the St. Patrick's Day parade in Rawdon, Que., the town's 48th annual parade. It's the crown jewel of three days of festivities that celebrates the deep Irish roots in the community and elsewhere in the Laurentians.

Chantal Larose and Veronique Porlier say they've been attending the Rawdon parade, among the largest St. Patrick's Day celebrations in the province, for 25 years.
