‘Not been Indian PMs’ tradition': Priyanka Gandhi, Kharge launch attacks on Modi over Manipur visit

That has been the tradition since independence. Violence still continues. It is the BJP which was responsible for maintaining Law & Order in the state and it is now the Union Govt which is again dithering. Not to forget, that is your government which is responsible for National Security and border patrol,” he said.Modi is on a three-day tour of five states, Mizoram, Manipur, Assam, West Bengal, and Bihar, from September 13 to 15.In Manipur, the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of projects worth over ₹7,300 crore at Churachandpur at 12:30pm. These include the Manipur Urban Roads, drainage and asset management project worth ₹3,600 crore; five national highway projects worth more than ₹2,500 crore; the Manipur Infotech Development (MIND) project; and working women's hostels at nine locations.Later in the day, Modi will inaugurate development projects worth over ₹1,200 crore in Imphal and address a public gathering.
