After Indian man Chandra Nagamallaiah beheaded, ‘if you come to US…’ warning to ‘barbaric criminals’

Cuba refused to take him, so the Biden admin released him onto the American streets a week prior to President Trump taking office,” US Immigration and Customs Enforcement posted on X.Senator Ted Cruz, who represents the state of Texas in the United States Senate, said Nagamallaiah was brutally murdered by an illegal alien with a heinous criminal record, who was released back into the country by Biden.“Nagamallaiah should still be with us today, living peacefully with his family in Dallas. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, Attorney General Pam Bondi, Border Czar Tom Homan, and many others in my Administration, are doing an incredible job in making America safe again.”Cobos-Martinez was released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody earlier this year after Cuba refused to accept his deportation due to his criminal record.Nagamallaiah's brutal murderChandra Mouli “Bob” Nagamallaiah, originally from Karnataka, was killed after a dispute over a broken washing machine with his Cuban co-worker Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, according to the Dallas Police Department.Cobos-Martinez reportedly became enraged when Nagamallaiah asked another person to translate his instructions instead of addressing him directly.Surveillance footage showed Cobos-Martinez attacking Nagamallaiah with a machete. The victim fled toward the motel office, where his wife and 18-year-old son were present.Nagamallaiah's wife and son tried to intervene several times, but Cobos-Martinez pushed them away and continued the attack. He then took the victim's cell phone and key card from his pockets before again resuming the attack until Nagamallaiah's head "was removed from his body", police said in court affidavit.(With inputs from PTI)
